"Outside the Frame" is our second release in a series of #tpdpostcardsongs, songs that are unrelated, and different from each other. We are taking a musical 'vacation' to a new location.

Written by our piano player, Amy Anderson, 'Outside the Frame" is a
about who is seen in songs, and who is outside the frame. The track blurs the boundaries of jazz almost into bluegrass territory by using the sister harmony vocals like a horn duo. The track features Amy and Tracy Anderson (piano / vocals), Kyle Tully (double bass), and Ty MacEachern (drums). It was recorded by Charles W. Austin at Fang Recording Studios on Feb. 8, 2026 in Dartmouth, NS, and mastered by Randy Ross, NB, Canada.
